How it works

  1. Order the size you want. That is the whole checkout — no forms to fill in first.
  2. Send us the photo. Reply to your order confirmation email with it. One photo is enough; more is better. We will write back within one business day.
  3. We draw it. We research the exact variant — the year, the trim, the wheels — and draw it in the house style. Usually a few days, depending on the queue.
  4. We cut, coat and ship it. Free US shipping, included in the price.

What makes a good reference photo

The piece is a side profile, so the closer your photo is to a straight-on side view, the more of your car survives the drawing. A three-quarter shot works — we can re-project it — but a head-on or rear shot cannot become a silhouette.

  • Side on, whole car in frame, nothing cropped off
  • Daylight beats a dark garage. We are reading the edge of the car, not the paint
  • Wheels turned straight if you can manage it
  • Tell us anything the photo does not show — the trim, the year, a wing that was off that day

No photo? That is fine too. Give us the year, make, model and trim with a note about what matters to you and we will draw from that instead.

Sizes are measured across the length of the car. Height depends on the car — a wagon and a wedge of the same width are not the same height. We email you the finished height once the drawing is done. Solid 2 mm steel, matte black powder coat, mounting plate and standoff hardware included.

Why a custom costs more

A flat $50 over the catalogue price of the same size, and it is the drawing, not the steel. Somebody sits down with your photo and draws your car in the same style as the rest of the catalogue. That work is the same whether it ends up 2 ft or 5 ft wide, which is why it is a flat fee rather than a percentage.

Made to order, never stocked

Every piece is drawn and cut to order, and a custom has a drawing step in the middle of it. Delivery usually takes around 5 weeks from the time of ordering — about a week longer than a catalogue piece, and that week is the drawing. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.

What we cannot draw

We draw cars, bikes and trucks. We are not the right people for portraits of people, pets, logos or lettering — and we will not copy another artist's drawing. If you are not sure, ask before you order; we would rather tell you no up front than take the money and disappoint you.

Each drawing holds its own shape at every size, so heights vary by design.

1. You pick the car and size. Every size holds the same shape.
2. We cut and coat it for your order. One solid sheet of steel, laser-cut, finished in matte black powder coat — not printed, not molded.
3. It's on your wall in about 4 weeks, with the mounting hardware in the box. It hangs from a single point, level, on machined black standoffs that hold it clear of the wall so it throws a real shadow.
