Overview

This website is operated by Garage Muse. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully — if you do not agree, you should not use the site or place an order.

Products & orders

Every Garage Muse piece is made to order. Product images show the design accurately, but as each piece is cut and finished individually, minor variations in finish are normal and are not defects. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors); if we cancel an order that has been paid, it will be refunded in full.

Prices are shown in the checkout currency and may change at any time without notice. We are not obliged to honor a price that was displayed in error.

Artwork is an interpretation

Our designs are original artistic interpretations of vehicles, not technical reproductions of them. Lines are simplified, stylised, and in places deliberately exaggerated so the shape reads as a piece of cut steel. Details will differ from the real vehicle in places; this is an intentional stylistic choice, not a defect, and is not a basis for a return under our made-to-order terms.

If you would prefer your car drawn differently — closer to factory specification, a different trim, or a detail included that our catalog design leaves out — you can order it as a custom piece and tell us what you want. You may send a photograph of your own vehicle for reference, or provide the year, make, model and trim along with a note describing what you would like changed. The way a car is drawn for a catalog design does not limit how it can be drawn for a custom order.

Made-to-order lead time

Because pieces are produced for your order, quoted production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for current lead times.

Returns & warranty

Change-of-mind returns are not offered on made-to-order items. Items that arrive damaged or defective are replaced free of charge under our Refund Policy — photos of the damage and packaging must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, images, and content on this site are the property of Garage Muse and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission. Vehicle silhouettes are original artistic interpretations; Garage Muse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer, and manufacturer names are used only to describe the subject of the artwork.

Custom orders

Custom pieces are produced from the vehicle details you provide. Please double-check year, make, model, and trim before confirming — production begins directly from the details you confirm. Specific requests can be added to your order notes. Custom pieces follow the same made-to-order return terms above.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garage Muse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.

Mounting & safe use

Wall art must be mounted per the included instructions into suitable wall material. You are responsible for choosing an appropriate location and fixing method for your wall type.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. We may update these Terms of Service at any time; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order. Questions can be sent via our contact page.
