Replacements

Every Garage Muse piece is laser-cut and finished to order — your piece doesn't exist until you order it. Because of that, we don't offer change-of-mind returns. What we do offer is a straightforward replacement promise:

Damaged or defective? We replace it free.

If your piece arrives damaged, bent, or with a finish defect, we will make you a new one and ship it at no cost — no return required. Email us photos of the piece and the packaging within 3 business days of delivery and we'll get a replacement into the build queue right away.

Custom pieces

Custom pieces are covered by the same free replacement policy for damage and defects.

Ordering with confidence

The size guide and the published dimensions on every product page are there so you know exactly what's going on your wall before you order. Heights vary by design because artwork is never stretched or squashed to fit a size — a piece holds the same shape at 24 inches as it does at 60.
