Build time

Every piece is built to order, and there's usually a queue of orders that we need to build, including yours. Depending on the volume of orders we have at the time, delivery usually takes around 4 weeks from the time of ordering, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding in the rare occasions where it takes a little longer.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number in your email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship

Worldwide.

US shipping is free on every order at every size — the price on the product page is the price at checkout.

Outside the US, the price on the product page is the price of the piece itself. Shipping is worked out at checkout from where you are and the size of the piece, and it is shown to you in full before you pay.

Import duties are handled before your piece leaves. It ships delivered duty paid, so nothing arrives with a customs bill attached.
